Jonathan Posillico

CEO / Founder
JP

JPProviding digital marketing for businesses over the last 15+ years has been a very rewarding journey thus far. To be able to see business owners grow their businesses under my direct management has provided invaluable knowledge that I have been able to repurpose for current and future clients. As the years go by I notice how digital marketing changes but the one constant that always stays the same is business owners wanting results. As an entrepreneur myself I understand this to the core and for that always ensure we are winning for clients.

What attracted you to Digital Marketing?

When I first got into the digital field 15 years ago I was building websites for companies.  I soon realized once I was done designing and developing their website that they did not have a way to generate traffic and leads into their business.  It was then that I got into digital marketing and started getting into how to get their websites to rank on Googles 1st page through SEO.

Where do you see Digital Marketing going in the next 5 years?

With every year that passes, we see new updates to Google, new ways people are using digital media to get their information and as a digital marketer, we are finding ways to target a companies target audience better.  I continue to see video to be really important for all businesses along with location-based targeting to help build customer experience in a more complete way.

What should businesses focus on when it comes to their online presence?

I believe a business needs to understand their customers and how to keep them engaged  Once that is achieved then you can set up the website with a user-friendly interface along with a marketing plan that works for their company.

Daniel Cieslak

Digital Content Manager / Founder
Daniel Cieslak

Daniel Cieslak has been in the tech industry for over 20 years. He is passionate about everything tech and focuses on Web development, Internet Marketing, dynamic Lead Generation, and Content Development for Business Nucleus.

Daniel holds a B.A. in English and M.S. in Instructional Technology. He is trained in Six Sigma Project Management processes and has built and rolled out sales and marketing training programs for fortune 500 companies. He has written for CompTIA, Cisco, Motorola, and Prometric testing centers.

Helping brands build their online presence, Daniel is experienced with bringing ideas to reality. He is known as one of the pioneers of the iPhone Repair Industry introducing the first iPhone repair center in the country now a multibillion-dollar industry.

When I first started building websites I quickly realized the value in actually getting people to see what I was creating. My direction shifted gears and I began building content distribution channels for the sites I was developing. This quickly escalated into a full time job and I have been building dynamic marketing strategies for clients ever since.

Where do you see Digital Marketing going in the next 5 years?

We are seeing a paradigm shift in marketing. As we drift away from paper-based advertising and blaze past standard digital marketing services we now see the emergence of data-driven marketing strategies that target specific audiences, at specific times, with specific goals. Geo-targeting is here and currently being used. As technology progresses I see large growth in this area.

What should businesses focus on when it comes to their online presence?

I believe a lot of businesses jump before they can walk. They want to dive right into things like Social Media before their foundation is in place. Focusing on your core message as a priority for branding and then branching out locally helps build your brand from the ground up. Once you have defined your company’s mission, vision, and goal it sets the stage for all the content that surrounds it. The key is having a clear focus for your business and understanding how to gain the most value out of the programs you are implementing. Marketing isn’t the same as it was 10 years ago. You can’t just throw links at a website and expect it to convert into business.

What attracted you to Digital Marketing?

Back in 2001, when I was about 18, I started designing flyers and websites for DJs and clubs.
Fast forward a few years and the clients (now in diverse industries) are happy with an amazing looking
website but need it to bring in business. After realizing that marketing was a recurring service and that I could
keep the same clients and help them grow their bottom line while increasing mine…it just made too much sense not to
dive into Digital Marketing.

Where do you see Digital Marketing going in the next 5 years?

I see digital marketing becoming more customized with hyper-precise targeting using more machine learning and AI.
This, in turn,  will increase engagement and lower the cost for advertisers that keep up with the technology. For those that do not, they will be far less effective.

What should businesses focus on when it comes to their online presence?

A business should ensure that their core marketing platform, their website, fully represents their services/products, business objectives, and the tone they want to set. In other words, can a person that knows nothing about your business understand exactly how you can help them just from the homepage?

What attracted you to Digital Marketing?

I started out my career working on the launch of a global website project. After the website’s launch, I started working with analytics and SEO. The more I learned about the field of digital marketing, the more I enjoyed it. I really like the fact that digital marketing offers near real-time insights that can be leveraged to help a business scale.

What should businesses focus on when it comes to their online presence?

First and foremost knowing your target audience, not just from a demographic standpoint but from a psychographic point of view. This is KEY. Secondly, being able to craft messages that speak to that audience. Knowing these two things makes your message to the market clearer and stands out among your competitors.

Why do you love digital marketing for small to medium-sized businesses?

I love digital marketing because it allows me to be creative! Many times, big companies have to stick to very bland brand standards, but in my experience, small and medium business love to flex why they’re different. Digital marketing never gets old. There’s always a new tool, an algorithm change, or a new strategy to test. I get to work with company owners directly to understand their vision and see their passion for their company.

What is the favorite thing you’ve written?

I have two blogs that are my top favorites. One is about the Avengers and their tax returns! For example, Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, can claim the Home Office Deduction for his massive lab/office. His workspace is used regularly and exclusively for business-related activities like R&D and Avengers research. The IRS allows him to write off associated rent, utilities, real estate taxes, repairs, maintenance, and other related expenses. Another one was about making Santa’s Christmas Operation more efficient with Industrial Gearboxes.

What do you love to do in your free time?

Learn about the new Google Analytics 4. JK. My favorite thing to do is relax! Whether it’s lounging around and watching terrible movies on Tubi, playing Pokemon on my Nintendo Switch, or tasting the newest brews at a local brewery–relaxing is something you can find me often doing.

Where is your favorite place to go?

My Lady Lair! Some call it a She Shed, but not me. It’s all things pink, gold, and girly! I work from home, relax, do my nails, sip wine and have movie nights with friends in The Lair.

What is a fun hobby for you?

My hobbies include painting, shopping, and being a nail technician (to myself)
